November & December 2025 Release v3.14.0

INVISION v3.14.0 closes out 2025 with a release focused on sharing Insights, adding seasonal context, and improving control over trial data.

This update builds on the Insights work delivered earlier in the year and reflects feedback we’ve heard consistently: teams want easier ways to share analysis, clearer environmental context when reviewing results, and more confidence in how data is cleaned and carried forward.

What’s New

Insights | Private View Sharing

Insights Views can now be shared internally.

Saved Views can be shared using a secure link or by inviting teammates via email. When opened, the View loads exactly as it was saved, including filters, selected characteristics, and chart configuration. Access remains fully permission-based and respects existing client, trial, and Insights access.

This allows teams to reference the same analysis without recreating it or exporting data outside of INVISION.

Insights | Historical Precipitation Average

The Weather & Growth Stages chart now includes a historical average precipitation overlay.

This provides immediate context when reviewing seasonal performance, making it easier to understand whether outcomes occurred under unusually wet, dry, or typical conditions.

GIS Workstation | Exclude Harvest Data by Soil Type

Harvest points can now be excluded by soil unit directly in the GIS Workstation.

Using SSURGO (U.S.) or CanSIS (Canada) soil data, users can exclude yield points tied to specific soil types without drawing custom exclusion polygons. Exclusions remain consistent with downstream maps and Insights and do not modify raw harvest data.

Project Management | Dropout Notes

Users can now record notes when a field is dropped from a trial.

If the same field is enrolled again in the future, INVISION surfaces those notes as a warning, helping preserve context from previous seasons.

Improvements

Insights

Visibility for Missing Field Data
Fields that have not answered a selected characteristic are now visible and exportable in Insights, making data gaps explicit during analysis.

Export Charts as PNG
Individual Insights charts can now be exported as high-resolution PNG images for use in presentations and reports.

GIS Workstation

Improved Interaction Consistency
Selection, inspection, and attribute table behavior have been refined for more predictable interactions across tools and layers.

Descriptive File Naming
Files downloaded from the GIS Workstation now use standardized, descriptive names based on operation type, grower, and field.

Exclude Features Workflow Update
The Exclude Features action now routes users into the Exclusion Polygon workflow, ensuring exclusions are geometry-based, persistent, and aligned with Insights.

Project Management & Dashboards

Bulk Removal of User Permissions
Client Admins can now remove all permissions for a user in a single action.

Dashboards Across Protocols
Superset dashboards can now be linked to multiple protocols within the same trial.
