We’re excited to announce the launch of INVISION v3.6.0! This release introduces new enhancements and key bug fixes to improve usability and system performance.

New Features

  • Product Ordering (Work Orders) – Enhanced Trial Operations

    • Users can now place and manage product orders directly within INVISION, streamlining workflows for trial operations.

    • Admin users have enhanced controls to export and manage orders efficiently.

    • This feature acts as a scheduled-to-task system, ensuring structured product distribution and inventory tracking for trial sites.

  • Automated Data Synchronization for Trial Studies – Performance Website Integration

    • Approved field studies from View Fields now sync nightly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date trial information without manual intervention.

    • This is a major advancement for companies working within or outside of INVISION, providing seamless publishing of trial results.

    • Enhances the visibility of trial performance, allowing real-time data integration into external-facing performance websites.

Enhancements

  • Automated Protocol Export Additions

    • Aggregate Soil & Yield summary statistics are now included in protocol exports.

    • Fixed the .csv extension bug and corrected coordinate errors in Field Visits Export.

  • Field Notes Enhancements

    • Users can now title Field Notes in View Fields & GIS Workstation, allowing for better organization and retrieval.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved multiple Climate and John Deere integration issues to ensure raw data and post-data conversions are processed correctly.

  • Fixed a Mapbox zoom issue, ensuring fields now center properly in View Fields.

  • Addressed a GIS Workstation auto-exclusion issue where settings were not saving correctly.

  • Fixed an issue where Field Data by Treatment Zone was not appearing in Harvest Reports.

  • Resolved a bug where uploaded attachments were not appearing under Field Data by Zone in View Fields.

  • Imported characteristics in Protocol Field Data (Project Management) can now be modified before data is uploaded.
