February 2025 Release v3.7.0

We’re excited to announce the launch of INVISION v3.7.0! This release introduces new features, enhancements, and key bug fixes to improve user experience and system performance.


New Features

  • Share Your Field – Simplified Collaboration

    • Users can now generate a sharable field link directly from View Fields with one click, eliminating the need to manually input client, trial, protocol, grower, and field details.

    • Access remains fully controlled, ensuring only authorized users can view shared fields.

  • Field Access Management (FAM) Enhancements

    • Improved UI for Field Access Management (FAM) to make access control across territories, agencies, and teams more intuitive.

    • Users can now build and manage access hierarchies, ensuring the right users automatically gain access to relevant fields upon enrollment.

    • Dynamic Permissions: User permissions update automatically as new users are assigned or new fields are enrolled.

  • Device Insights for Faster Troubleshooting

    • INVISION now captures device and network details for both desktop and mobile logins, including browser, OS, device type, and connection performance.

    • This allows admins and support teams to quickly troubleshoot issues without requiring technical details from users.


  • Assigned Visits in INVISION Mobile

    • Assigned visits now have a dedicated Assigned Visits tab in INVISION Mobile, ensuring assigned users can quickly find their scheduled visits.

    • Assigned visits can also be added to the Planner Tool for offline access.


Enhancements

  • Bulk Import for Field Access Management

    • Admins can now import and assign trial operative users to territories/agencies (sets) by uploading a CSV or Excel file and mapping columns to system fields.

  • Helpdesk Ticketing Enhancements

    • Helpdesk tickets now automatically include key contextual details such as client, trial, protocol, grower, field details, and device information, improving troubleshooting efficiency.

  • Field Visit Planning Enhancements

    • Protocol selection is now included in filters for growth state, visit type, grower, assignee, and crop.


Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the Winter Wheat GDD bug in Field Visit Planning.

  • Improved error messages for boundary file uploads during enrollment, making it easier to understand and resolve format issues.

  • Resolved an issue in Trial Data (All) – GIS Workstation where fields enrolled in multiple protocols displayed incorrect data across protocols.

  • The Enrolled Fields list in Trials Overview Enrollment & View Fields is now sorted alphabetically.
