December & Mid January 2026 Release v3.15.0

NVISION v3.15 introduces a major expansion in how trial results can be shared and reused, alongside improvements that help teams move faster at the start of a new trial year and operate more reliably during active seasons.

This release focuses on two core themes:

  • External sharing of validated Insights, without requiring recipients to log into INVISION.

  • Operational efficiency for new trial setup, integrations, and downstream publishing workflows.

What’s New

Insights | Published Views for External Sharing

Insights Views can now be published as read-only, publicly accessible links, allowing validated trial results to be shared with non-INVISION audiences without requiring a login.

When a View is published:

  • The View renders exactly as configured at publish time (filters, characteristics, charts, and maps).

  • The published View is read-only and cannot be modified by viewers.

  • All calculations continue to run through INVISION’s existing Insights services, ensuring data consistency.

Privacy Modes

When publishing an Insights View, users can choose how identifying information is handled:

  • Standard Mode
    Grower and field names are shown exactly as entered in INVISION.

  • Privacy Protected Mode
    Grower and field names are anonymized, while all analytical results remain unchanged.

This allows teams to tailor external sharing based on the intended audience, whether that’s internal stakeholders, partners, or broader commercial use.

Access Control

This ensures teams retain control over how long results are accessible outside the platform.

Project Management | Import Protocol Steps for Faster Trial Setup

As teams ramp up new trials for the year, INVISION now allows users to import existing protocol steps within the same client.

Imported steps include:

  • Associated sections

  • All configured characteristics

  • Default settings and structure

This enables teams to start from a proven prior-year setup instead of rebuilding protocols from scratch. After import, users are prompted to review and update step dates to ensure alignment with the current trial year.

This significantly reduces setup time for recurring trials while preserving data integrity.

Insights | Field Notes Panel

Insights now includes a dedicated Field Notes panel, allowing teams to review qualitative field observations directly alongside analytical results.

Field Notes can be viewed:

  • By Field, grouped and collapsible

  • As a Timeline, showing all notes in chronological order

An optional map view displays note locations and attachments, making it easier to connect in-season observations with trial outcomes without leaving Insights.

Authentication & Integration Reliability

Persistent John Deere & Climate FieldView Connections
INVISION now supports more persistent integration flows for John Deere and Climate FieldView. Growers and operators can link their accounts once and maintain that connection across the season, reducing repeated reconnecting and improving reliability for ongoing machine data ingestion.

Persistent INVISION Login
INVISION now maintains user sessions more reliably, reducing unnecessary logouts caused by browser refreshes or idle periods during normal use.

Project Management & Data Setup

Bulk Paste for Select and Multi-Select Characteristics
Users can now paste lists of values to create Select and Multi-Select options in bulk, speeding up protocol and field data setup for characteristics with long option lists.

Clear Operation Dates in Trial Progress
Planting, application, and harvest dates can now be cleared if entered incorrectly, making it easier to correct setup mistakes without backend intervention.

Automated Publishing & Exports

Standardized Backend Export Pipeline
INVISION now uses a standardized backend export pipeline to produce consistent, validated outputs for automated publishing workflows. Exports are only generated when fully valid, preventing partial or malformed data from being consumed downstream.

Expanded Data Included in Automated Exports
Automated exports now include both published and unpublished trials, along with additional metadata indicating published status and Insights inclusion to support downstream reporting and integrations.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where certain boundary files could cause enrollment failures during ingestion.

  • Improved how field center points are calculated for irregular field shapes.

  • Improved Insights comparison charts to ensure all fields can be surfaced when needed and to reduce label overlap.

  • Resolved an issue preventing converted files from being downloaded in the GIS Workstation.

  • Fixed a Trial Progress issue where date pickers could appear off-screen.

  • Removed redundant data refreshes at the end of the boundary creation flow to improve responsiveness.
