March 2024 Release v2.25.0
New Features:
- Superset in INVISION: Customized Dashboards created in Superset can now be published & visualized in Insights without any code changes/deployment using Dashboard Management (admin tool available for super admins only). We're currently developing a prototype aggregate field visit and lab dashboard in Superset which will be published in Insights - INVISION Demo client, aimed at facilitating prospective client demonstrations.
- International Metrics: INVISION now supports additional metrics (Metric Tonnes, Imperial Tons, Pounds) by acres/hectares for yield measurement both for geospatial and manual harvest uploads. This can all be configured by crop in Protocol Management.
- Standalone Standardize Machine Data: Launched a standalone data converter tool in GIS Workstation that transforms raw files into SHP format (industry standard) without field or protocol restrictions, ideal for checking the raw file contents before protocol-field uploads.
Enhancements:
- Soil Area Summary in View Fields: Now featuring yield and moisture summaries by soil area directly in View Fields, without needing to load grower reports (PDFs).
- Growth Stages data added for Spring Wheat and Canola.
February 2024 Release v2.24.0
New Features:
-
GIS Workstation - Buffer & Smoothness Features: Introduced a new preview mode for treatment zones when processing application or planting files with adjustable buffer and smoothness settings for tailored configurations before saving.
-
Project Progress: Redesigned interface and added field data metrics for transparent tracking of tasks from incomplete to in-progress to completed.
January 2024 - Release v2.22.0
New Features:
- Field Visit Planning: Revamped Field Visit Planning with a new look including a calendar, map, and new assignee roles, ensuring efficient planning for the season.
- 'Untreated' Area Management: Introducing a toggle feature in Trial Admin Management for customized designation of unzoned areas, tailoring the platform to any trial-specific strategies.
Enabling this option means the system will not label unzoned areas in the field as 'untreated' or 'standard practice' by default. This gives you more control to define these areas manually. - Polygon SHP File Upload: This feature allows ingestion of multi-polygon treatment files, empowering users to create and tag treatment zones in few clicks.
April 2024 Release v2.26.0
New Features:
- Automated Exports: Super-admins can now create and download custom data exports for each protocol via the Operations Suite in Project Management, also includes a quick access to export history to save time and resources.
- Bulk Enrollment: Operations Suite enables the simultaneous enrollment of multiple growers. Users can simply drop a CSV or Excel file, match the columns from the file, and bulk import the growers directly to a protocol.
- Onboarding Email: You now have the option to send an onboarding email with login instructions to newly created users in Project Management or Enrollment.
Enhancements:
- Remote Sensing (Planet Subscription): Automated backfilling of satellite images to maintain data continuity. The system now routinely scans the delivery bucket to identify and log any unrecorded images in the subscription table.
- Treatment Zone Tool with Product Colors: User interface enhancement in the treatment zone tool to improve clarity and usability by color-coding zones based on the applied product.
Bug Fixes:
- Climate Field View Integration Fix: Resolved an error in the machine data worker during file uploads using ClimateFV integration.
